n Nanette Poserina President - Group Sales & Marketing
Nanette offers her prospects, clients and brokers over 30 years knowledge and expertise in the Health and Pharmacy Benefit industry. She attributes her success and innovation as a result of her tenure at one of the largest health insurance organizations in the region: Independence Blue Cross of Philadelphia. Her broad experience includes negotiating contracts with PBM's along with serving as their Third Party Administrator in an effort to continue to drive down benefit costs without compromising benefits. She consistently delivers competative contractual arrangements to Broker partners in order to be extremely competative in the ever changing Group Benefit marketplace. Her ability to successfully negotiate complex benefit contracts is evidenced by her client portfolio which include school districts, hospitals, automotive dealerships, municipalities and county employees numbering over 37,000 members in the tri-state region. Executing and delivering cost saving results efficiently and smoothly is her business model for success. The Wall Street Journal noted the National Advisory Council distinguished Nanette as the 2005 Business Woman of the Year for Montgomery County.
n Thomas Poserina Vice President - Corporate Administration
Tom brings over 35 years experience in administration, educational training and management skills which is crucial in the insurance industry. He is responsible for monitoring the performance and management of business operations and of organizing staff and resources efficiently so as to direct activities toward common goals and objectives. His mission is to achieve excellence in the pursuit of corporate goals by supporting effective and innovative stewardship of resources, assets, institutional relationships, business opportunities and risk. Tom also oversees contract coordination and development of primary resources including: policy, training, and corporate negotiations. He is a graduate of DeSales University.
n Charles Sweeney Solutions Advisor - Pharmacy Benefits & Broker Specialist
Charles is experienced in multiple areas of broker benefits particularly relating to Pharmacy Carve-Out options in mid-size to large employer groups. His benefits knowledge includes contracting with PBM's along with serving as their Third Party Administrator. He has experience as a principal with PB Incorporated and executive account manager with GE Financial. Charles specializes in self-funding health and welfare benefits for groups over 50 lives. He will provide each and every one of our clients with a superior risk and claims management system resulting in healthier employees and a healthier bottom line. His programs are highly personalized and flexible and designed to meet individual clients needs in managing benefits for maximum cost efficiency. His objective is to consistently produce high-quality health care at a competitive rate that maintains financial stability while providing the best health care outcomes for our plan participants.
n Kathleen Dunnum Solutions Advisor - Pharmacy Benefits
Kathy joined our organization with over 24 years experience serving for 2 large local corporations as Director of Human Resources and Assistant Controller. Her experience in the negotiation of benefit renewals, coordination of employee benefits at open enrollments along with ongoing employee benefits education, gives her great depth and understanding of the health and pharmacy benefits industry. She is the reporting and financial coordinator for our Pharmacy Billing department for vendors and carriers. Her knowledge of employer benefits orientation and communication relating to changes between client employees and insurance providers, makes her a strong asset of our Benefits team. Her HR experience complements her communication with our HISI Pharmacy clients and understanding their needs. Kathy attended Montgomery County Community College.
n Nicole Weaver Solutions Advisor - Health & Pharmacy Benefits
Nicole utilizes her insurance retention skills in a professional business environment including Pharmacy and Medical Benefits coordinator, customer service, employee eligibility, and client benefits data. She is the link between clients and our pharmacy and medical service teams as well as maintaining, developing and growing existing relationships. Communicating daily with our Pharmacy Accounting,Group Health Benefits & Marketing departments, she confirms contracts and presents recommendations for developing new client and strategies. Nicole implements our bidding procedures from RFP needs to the production of final papers for submission to new and prospective clients. She also assists our Group Pharmacy Benefits sales team with projections, proposals and presentations. Her excellent marketing and communication skills, self-motivation and experience in insurance retention, analysis adds depth to our team.
n Janell Roth, Solutions Advisor - Corporate Finance
Janell joined our organization assisting with our client benefits data input. She directs inputting data as a critical resource of the organization to directly support our pharmacy and health benefits activities particularly in assisting in the accuracy of recordkeeping for our individual and group benefits clients as well as our corporate expenses, employee benefits, timekeeping and payroll. She is committed to insuring that our data resources are maintained with the same intensity and formality as our other resources.
n Ginny Fontaine Solutions Advisor - Medicare Benefits
Ginny recently re-joined our organization supporting our solutions team for Medicare Benefits. She also assists with our marketing department to capitalize on our individual and group sales opportunities. In addition, she assists with planning and retaining current and prospective clients, archiving client files to make certain proposals were placed and fulfilled in an appropriate manner.
